Who this is for

Uongozi is for Kenyans who intend to run for elected office — Member of County Assembly, Member of Parliament, Senator, Governor, and beyond.

Not eventually, and not in principle. We are looking for people who have decided they will seek office in Kenya, and who want to be formed before they get there rather than after.

If you want to build a career in public policy without standing for election, this is not the right programme for you, and there are better ones. We would rather tell you that now than after four hours of essays.
